Continual Network Dropout



I have an iPhone X and in the Perth CBD in my building I get one bar of 4G coverage and it keeps dropping out I.e the 4G disappears and then reappears. 

This happens if I change to 3G, but the signal when it connected is a little stronger.

I rebooted the phone, reset network settings, reseated the sim and restored the phone. It gets to the point I cannot use my phone for a conversation. Office colleagues with other carriers do not have this problem 


how do I resolve it without going to Telstra?

What does our Coverage Map indicate your indoor reception should be at the exact location with that device? Any difference if you put your SIM in another phone?
