I’ve been having issues with my ADSL2+ service since Insigned up. I experience slow speeds and dropouts multiple times a day, especially at night. I cannot browse the web let alone play online games when this happens. At night I experience at least 3-5 dropouts. I am paying a higher rate because I live 15 minutes from the exchange (an extra $30 per month on top of what everyone else in town pays). I was using the white Sagemcom Optus branded modem but was sent the premium black Sagemcom modem when I raised the issue with tech support, however, this has made no improvement to the issues I am experiencing. I am extremely frustrated. Can somebody please advise on anything I can do.
