My phone iPhone 4,not optus phone, prepaid having problem with connection with optus first time it says searching. ? I have tried switching phone off put on areoplane mode no go anyone has had this problem
Sorry to hear about that, @Jocee. Are you able to confirm whether you've gone through the activation process for the SIM? Once you've submitted an activation request, it can take 15 minutes to 4 hours to activate a SIM card. If after that time you're still having issues, you can reach out or call the Prepaid team on 1300555002 to investigate.
