That still doesn't answer my question about how you are actually configuring your port forward setting on the 5366.
Another question is, are you testing from within your network or from an external internet connection? The 5366 has a known issue (it does not support NAT Loopback) where you can't use your external IP address from within your LAN. So if you are doing the test locally, even if you use the public IP address, it will fail because of the NAT Loopback problem, so it is not a valid test for determining if WOL works.
