I've just ported over from Telstra and cannot receive two factor authentication SMS from all companies on my iphone xs. Specifically, I cannot receive SMS from microsoft so I cannot use email on my new phone. I have however, received SMS from my bank. I have tried restarting the device, resetting network settings, trying the SIM in my old phone and updating software but no luck.
@JJ2018 - have you had any luck since posting? If you've already reset your network settings and device, and you're still having trouble, I would advise getting a SIM replacement organised at your local Yes Optus store.
