Can't pre paid recharge with my card and can't make it to store as of late hour . optus live chat doesn't work . all phone numbers I called for help doesn't work redirects me in circles . I'm a youtuber and need my data and communication .. Its my income this is effecting

Sorry for the inconvenience here @Crazydavie88, there is currently an issue with recharges due to system upgrades on our end. This is predicted to be resolved at 8am (ref 18983137)
