CANT RECIEVE CALLS OR TEXTS

Hi, got my number moved from telstra 6 days ago and I have not been able to recieve calls or texts from other people with different network providers! I can send messages to anyone and I can also call anyone. After several calls to optus about the issue they have done nothing that has solved the situation! I am in absoulte disgust I have missed calls and texts for 6 days and optus have done nothing! Lift your game optus.

Hi

 

Check you haven't accidentally turned on Do Not Disturb on your phone. Is easy to do.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Is this issue still happening? If so, sounds like it could be a post port fault. If so, please let us know so we can look into this further for you.
