Sorry to hear about your internet connection issue, @Mark2082. How is it now? Did you get a chance to chat with someone in this regards since posting? I have checked to confirm there is no reported faults for 2082 NSW - Berowra Heights, Waters or Creek that we are aware of. You can always check our Network Status → here. I would suggest to try some → basic troubleshooting first and see how you go. If the issue continues then raise it with Tech Support on 131344 (open 24x7) to instigate further.
No its been terrible all day. With regard to troubleshooting - logged onto router and there was no connection - must have happened 6 times today.
Have done all the clearing caches, updates, rebooting etc.
This is very bad service.
I’m experiencing problem with internet since Sunday! It’s terribly slow and because of it I have to use internet on my phone which goes extremely fast and probably will create an enormous bill!
I tried any possible way to restart and turn it on again. Moreover, I’m standing like a retard next to my phone everytime for about half an hour waiting for the response from technical support on live chat, since it is not possible in any way to receive notification about connection if you try to use phone for other things.
I want to know whether there will be any compensation? This is terrible
