Ive had this issue for years but this morning I really needed decent reception. The only time in the past 10+ years we've had decent service was when we had the Optus Homezone device until it was removed and the Wifi app was hopeless ... And now from what I read tonight, it's not compatible with our services either !
We have towers up and over the hill (less than a Klm away) but it seems we are in the blackspot ...
Any suggestions or help from our friends at Optus ?

So you do not have internet at this premise from say NBN Fixed Wireless or any other internet product?
because WiFi calling might be your only/better option.

But no issue with Internet, it's a phone/voice reception issue ...
And the wifi calling wont work as we are Pre-Paid callers here ...
(Who in theyre right mind would give 2 teens PostPaid phones !)
