I am on an extended journey through Europe and reverted to an Optus prepaid SIM before I left to be able to retain my number and access 2 factor authentication while I am travelling.
The SIM I bought does not connect to the network in Spain, I have spent hours and hours trying to get this resolved with the support team with no outcome!
I have allowed roaming, I have allowed data I am opened up every possible setting to achieve connection to the network but still remain unconnected.
I am stranded and running out of funds (requiring two factor authentication for EFTs)
Any ideas!?
What device are you using?
Do you have any "real money" credit?
What Prepaid plan are you on?
