Hi, hope someone could help me.
I am a new Optus postpaid customer who received their phone and sim about 3 days ago. I've tried dozens of times to use the online activation service and the website tells me my activation will happen in thirty minutes, but it never happens. I was also under the impression that my service would be activated automatically 24 hours after delivery, this hasn't happened either.
I can't call Optus customer service obviously because the phone won't register on Optus' network. What should I do in this situation?
