APN in 2020

So I'm using an unlocked Telstra Nighthawk M1. It was great at my old place and now its constantly rebooting at the new house even though the connection is literally 10x faster (12Mbit vs 150-200Mbit)

Anyways in my constant back an forth to try and fix it I eventually realised that after the most recent factory reset, I forgot to add the Optus APN (Nice sporadic lists (plural) of APN options Optus) and as its stock FM is Telstra branded it defaults to the Telstra APN...

So do I need to add an apn if that worked? Its still rebooting but while it was online, it was with a Telstra APN

@Sean_2e  What plan are you on?

I am an Optus user.

Re: APN in 2020

I have two that pooled together,

Main Phone plan is a 'My plan flex' and the 2nd plan/sim 'My MBB Plus 3gb'.

I've just set up a new modem (B818) so still interested in which APN to use.
