Is d 5g services limited d connection computer ? My colleague were able to use his laptop access the 5g , where I have desktop I cannot , it kept drop me out

Do you have a 5G Home Broadband service or are you trying to hotspot to a 5G phone?  
Is your computer a Windows O/S or Mac?
