I have a Galaxy S8, but the 4G is not functioning on it at all. I have 2 S8s on identical plans, on the same account, one works the other doesnt. I've tried a number of preliminary troubleshooting options with no success.
-4G is switched on
-Flight mode is off
-the 4G icon appears up the top
I think it may have been wokring intermittently, as it says 88mb has been used this month.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestion! Tried it, and my SIM works perfectly in the other phone, so the issue seems to be with the SIM.

If the problem swapped from one phone to the other, then yes.
