My latest bill has 3rd party charges for MIA Sphere Live and Digital Turbine that I definitely did not authorise or sign up for. I did receive ambiguous sms from both parties and texted back STOP to both.
I will gladly pay my usual monthly charge but will not pay these additional charges.
Optus this is not a good way to treat your customers. By associating with questionable 3rd parties you are trashing your reputation.

Another post 30 minutes ago had the same issue as you and I would suggest you have a read of the link below as it explains how to stop these charges from happening in the future.

Thank you for your response. I found the link to block PSMS (same as your link - thankyou). I have a username and password accepted but the link to the website is currently not working, I will persevere.
I will also follow up the second link re current charges.

That sounds like a plan. If you have troubles getting that link to work you can always ask support to do it for you if and when you finally do get through to them.
