2 got 2 mobile phones, both brought over to Optus from Amaysim/ Both SIM cards unable to activate

brought mobile over to Optus but unable to active new SIM card since 25/3

 If you've lost service altogether with AMAYSIM, I’d really suggest messaging us on Social Media, either Facebook or Twitter. They do have a point of escalation for the following urgent enquiries:

  • No Broadband connectivity (no access to the internet) 
  • No Mobile connectivity (can't make or receive calls)
