unplanned outage only effect particular nodes

we off internet again , i was told it is because unplanned outage . next block  neighbour has no problem with their optus internet but i have drop out and outage all the time . it is only affect my household . when ever NBN has regular maintenance after that i got have some days off internet , last time 5days , this time when to fix unknown . Is there such things as outage only effect particular nodes ? to me it is unreal .

Hi @tao123, sorry to hear about your internet connection issue. There could be various reasons your internet is been affected. It could even be that half of your street is connected to another exchange and the rest to another one. NBN owns the network. We as a service provider raise the fault with them to get it resolved asap.
