I tried restart router, but not working, and I can browse some web sites. including optus.com.au but can't login. network diagnose saying DNS failure, I tried Optus DNS, it does not working. please check. Now I'm partially off the internet. not happy. the worst thing is the optus support hot line no one answer, and wasted my time waiting. the my optus APP is also saying not connectable. redirected me to call the hotline, what a dead loop.
Finally I have to borrow a Telstra phone to login to this yes crowd to raise the issue. the worst experience I've ever had.
NBN has been sporadic for me for the last few hours. I couldn't even get yescrowd to load, so looks like there is some general network problems going around.
