hi my nbn account is supposed to have premium speed 100mbit.. and no matter what time off the day i check i never get more then 10%

Are you FTTN?
It can take a few goes for Optus to get the speed pack activated.
Get on to them again LiveChat 24/7 and keep requesting it until you get more.

Hi @Fairfield2165, sorry to hear about your NBN slow speeds. Were you able to chat with someone in this regards since posting? As with speeds it depends on various factors. I would suggest to try some basic troubleshooting first and see how you go. If the issue persist then raise it with Tech Support on 131344 (open 24x7) to investigate further.
