Hi, I have recently purchased and had optus nbn connected 16/04/19. As part of the nbn package optus sport is included. I received an email from optus sport "welcome to the service" with an activate optus sport now link. However after clicking on the link and being taken to the Optus Sport page to enter/change password, I enter a new password and then received an error message " Token has expired". Is this something simple to fix? thanks - albertj

Can you try going to this link and clicking "sign up now" and follow the prompts? It'll ask you for your account number which should have been included in one of the welcome emails you got or on your bill if you already have one.
