I dont know what to do as i cannot ring Optus and i am totally isolated without a phone for days/week? Nbn was connected 3 weeks ago and its been nothing but an anxiety producing move.
I need my phone for medical purposes and even email and internet is completely unreliable.
PLEASE PLEASE somebody help.I cant even ring Lifeline!
