nbn team arrived yesterday to connect my nbn I now have no phone lines and no nbn

two people turned up to connect my nbn yesterday before they started I had two telephone lines that worked now I don't have any nbn and no telephone line they said they did not know how to connect up my nbn so left me with nothing that works.  And to think that these dickheads get paid for this. not only does my telephone & nbn not work but they buggered up my neighbours she does not have a nbn or telephone that works. Bloody great job optus and now you want to blame the virus for not being able to get back to me.
