nbn modem

My NBN modem keeps resetting itself. It gets stuck flashing on the downstream and then it resets

Click on Fixed Outages and enter your postcode.

https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status

Enter your address

If there are no reported outages or maintenance activities  please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

Hi @Steffy22, you can also check the modem settings and try some basic troubleshooting → here see if it helps. If the issue still continues then please contact us via the details @Tigers1719 posted above.
