Had the nbn on for around 2 months now was dropping out consistently from day dot , called up the support ppl they said they would have a look at it and be in touch after 3 days. Around 30 days have past some days the internet is unusable drop outs every few mins some days , wondering how to get out of the contract as optus is unable to provide the sevice they have been getting paid for.
