Hi i am wondering if i can keep my 3 email addresses i hvae transfered to my 4g mobile broadband service ? if i can who do i need to get in contact with as i will be dissconecting the NBN service thank you
Unfortunately you can only keep the Optus emails while using an Optus internet service (not mobile). ISPs generally offer an email service as it makes leaving hard.
I suggest you get a (3) gmail accounts and start migrating your self across.
Hi @tigersblues1938, thanks for touching base. Yes, you can still keep your 3 Optusnet email addresses if you move to 4G mobile broadband service. You can have one primary and rest as secondary email addresses. You will need to speak with Tech Support on 1300720213 (open 24x7) to arrange that.
I should have read more carefully (missed mobile 'broadband').
That's good news @tigersblues1938 however I would still highly recommend making the effort to transfer to a neutral free online email account. You can set them up in parallel and forward emails to them and now can take the time to just get people and accounts onto the new addresses.
Gmail (for example) will have better spam filtering and security (Two factor authentication) etc.
Anyway. Good luck
That`s ok @petergdownload. We appreciate your assistance and thanks for your time.
