intermittent connectivity

I recently had NBN connected and Sagecom F@ST modem installed.  It worked fine for months but recently started losing connection to the net.  I have to restart it 5-6 times per day.  I have been through all of the divice guides and trouble shooting tips and nothing works.

 

Is there a fix?

Is the wired connection dropping out as well as wireless? If so you might need a replacement modem. Best to speak with support on the live chat link below and see what they have to say.
