I have ordered speed pack 4 when I migrant ADSL to NBN.
I thought speed pack will be activated with NBN.
NBN was activated 18th Oct but still waiting for speed pack activiation.
I did several live chat regarding this and everytime I got differnet story.
I don't have speed pack so that is why I'm getting NBN normal speed pack, after that
I do have speed pack and it is waiting for activation, then I don't have speed pack again,
I do have it has been escalated to backend team...
the one common thing is everyone told me that it will be activated within 24 hrs or by today or by tomorrow.
have tried to belive what they told me but considering all the enquries I made since ADSL,
It's getting hard to belive what they're saying.
I am so tired to make enquies about this matter and tired to hear 24hrs thing.
does speed pack activation normally take this long?
what do you guys suggest? should I cancel it or leave it?

Bit confused here. You currently have adsl but you have ordered NBN and have tried to change the NBN to a higher speed pack but you are getting stuffed around?
Edit: My mistake, I understand what you wrote. So you are just trying to get the speed pack applied? What are your speeds like now as many people have commented that often it makes little difference.

Sorry I edited my post above but you probably didn't see it. What are your speeds like now?

Ah missed that as well. Those speeds are good why would you bother with a speed pack?

Oh I just missed your comment again lol.
I’m living with other people more than three
and everyone has at least two networking devices.

I'm not overly convinced a speed pack will do much to alleviate that as you really need the load balanced more than anything else. If one person starts downloading a heap of torrents and such it still has as a huge impact on the network no matter how fast the connection. So you have basically ordered the speed pack but its not been applied correct?
