our home phone (removed) is not working for more than a week. I tried to call you every day a few times, but your line is too busy to speak with someone. I'm very disappointed, my family from overseas cant call me in those Corona days and this is really not good and annoying.

Note this is not an Optus service point. No one here can view your account or anything. You will need to ring Optus direct:
1. Call 133 937
2. DON'T press 1 to be sent the link to chat with the Messaging team when prompted at the start
3. Stay on the line then you will be asked to press various options
