charged for a service i didnt subscribe to

since july ive been getting charged 90 dollars a month for internet. I dont get my internet from Optus. Why have these charges started and can i get them refunded and future ones stopped?

Its possible someone typed in a card number incorrectly. Or that someone deliberately used your card details. I assume you're basing your claim on bank details and not just emails telling you you have been billed?

Optus will be fine fixing the issue and refunding any amounts if you're not a customer. As mentioned were you recently a customer and moved to another RSP?
