changing wifi password. I have tried many time but without success.

I need help on how to change my wifi password. It went to the original password after I was without service for a few hours. I don't know how to change it to the one I had selected.

Thanks

Re: changing wifi password. I have tried many time but without success.

If you are using the Sagemcom 5366 router there is a know problem with earlier version of its software that causes it to forgetting setting sometimes.

Log into the router main page, click on Modem settings and check the Software Version in the Device info section. If it says SG4Y1T000031 then you have the old buggy software, and you will need to force it to update to the new version by going to Modem Settings -> Maintenance and pressing the "Restart" button.

I don’t know if my modem is the model you said.it is a Sagecom, I see a pin number and also an Optus pin number. Page 192. 268.01 isn’t working.
