My NBN has been down for a second night now, first night I contacted Optus via the app thinking I'd get a response nope no response from midnight till 8am. So I ignored it my net was working when I woke up. Second night right now it was down at 1130pm because I didn't get a reply till 8am I opted to call. Called tech support only to get automated messages saying staff hours are 8am till blah blah blah. Now website says 24hrs support on both the phone and messages in the my Optus app how come I'm being told tech support staff won't be in till 8am? My NBN powers alarms and cameras etc it's important it remains working. I've even exhausted all online support methods from Facebook to Twitter still no response or support from anybody at Optus. Since when did call centres and messages stop answering after dark? NBN doesn't have any works or outages on their website either. Probably another faulty modem which is my 5th modem or Optus is doing works without notifying customers.
