I spoke to 2 reps on Friday morning in regards to cancellaion of my NBN Service, First person I spoke to went by the name of Christian, Christian was nice and understood why i was trying to cancel, he tried to keep me but i told him sorry i have had enough, Then i was Transfered to Aris who i was advised would cancel the service, I told Aris i am not staying i want the service cancelled, Aris then advised that a Customer Retention specialist would be asssigned to my case and i would receive a call, I told Aris i was not interested and I want the NBN and Home Phone service terminated. Aris advised that they couldnt do it and the Retention specialised would have to do it, I was advised i would have a call Asap within the next 24 hours, I AM STILL WAITING.
Your NBN service is being throttled and i am reeiving drop outs on the FTTP connection, I should not have to reset this every morning, I moved to Optus cause i was having the same issues with iiNET where it worked well until i was streaming video and downloading and then things got bad,
Doing a speed test on a 100mbit connection shows 44 mbits, even at 44mbits netflix should not be buffering when i am the only one using the net at that time.
I want my service terminated at the end of my billing period this month and will not be paying past this date. If this is not resolved i will be contacting the TIO.
