We just plugged in our new Optus black modem upstairs in our split level apartment. Connection is excellent upstairs but completely disappears when we go downstairs. Is this normal for Optus?? Anything we can do to fix it?
WiFi can only reach so far, you can get extenders to provide more reception but the ISP supplied devices were never designed
to supply large premises.
