Unsure of what our current username is with the nbn in place.

You generally don't need a username to connect to the Optus NBN (they just recognise the modem). There are default login details for the modem usually written on the modem itself.

if you mean what is your modem login username its usually optus, all lowercase.

Your password is on the magnet that came with the modem or on the bottom of the modem
