Couple months old NBN Connection

Getting this error (WAN DHCP client (1) stopped) regularly in the Logs
and Modem need rebooting all the time

(However i have disabled the DHCP Server in settings)
would not think that would affect getting a time.
This modem has been pretty bad as to date from the begining.
