I use a vpn connection to log into work remotely. Since getting optus NBN 11 days ago it is impossible.
As soon as I " connect " to vpn the internet immediately disconnects.
Our work IT guy logged in remotely for an hour and couldn't correct it. Any ideas?
It worked perfectly for years on optus cable .
Not sure what the issue could be, vpnfrustration.

Do other colleagues have Optus NBN and use the same vpn connection?
If you have the F@st 5366TN then its probably its firewall.
You can rule out the 5366 as the problem by plugging in your laptop directly (the one that worked before the NBN) into the NBN box's gateway port. Make sure the laptop's ip address is set to auto/DHCP before plugging it into the NBN box.
