Hello, I have HFC and have the router and modem in my room, every other device in my house will get the promised uploads speeds except my main computer, it only gets 9.3Mbps upload, download is constant 90mbps+. Does anyone have any ideas why this computer is throttling the upload? (note: I've tried 3 different computers and 2 mobiles and they're all recieving 35mbps+)
