Update Modem/Router Firmware for F@ST3864V2

Hi, guys wondering where I can get a firmware update for my Sagemcom f@st 3864V2 its current firmware is 7.276_F3864V2_Optus, the reason for the update is I keep getting a lot of dropouts and i also have nbn so not so sure why this dropout is occurring.

For the Optus branded modems, updates are pushed out automatically. Best bet to ensure you get the latest update is to have your modem plugged in and powered up all the time so when it is pushed, it's ready and waiting.

Can someone tell me the latest available firmware for the Sagemcom F@ST3864ac (black) ?

Mine is currently showing  8.358_F@ST3864AC_Optus

So is 8.358 really the latest?

It's buggy with some changed parameters not sticking and under My Network, cabled LAN devices appear then disappear!

How long have you had the modem? Can you send us a PM with your account details? I need your full name, DOB and account number. You could be using the first version of the Sagemcom modem we'd rolled out.

I'm a little surprised that you're surprised !

Nearly every man and his dog who has one of these black Sagemcom Optus NBN modems knows it as a Sagemcom F@ST3864AC

and they're nearly ALL running 8.358_F@ST3864AC_Optus firmware!

It's a simple question whether this is the latest firmware version or not!

But me thinks they are avoiding the question!

@Eladab, I've just reached out to Networks. I've asked for a list of our most current firmware for each version of the Sagemcom modem.

I'll update this thread once I've received more info.
