I have installed my NBN service on the 26th of April and I still have not received a modem. I have contacted Optus seven times now. The people who picked up my calls were all from overseas call centres who have no idea what they are doing. Every time I've been reassured that the modem will be delivered in 24hours. However, according to Optus 24 hours is longer than 2 weeks. I am out of patience and tired of spending an hour calling Optus every day. How do I cancel this service.
