Unable to print since moving to Optus NBN

Hi.   Can anyone help please with loss of printing since NBN connection a few days ago?

We have a Canon MG3560 and it is not recognised.

Shoo, you need to reconnect your printer to the WiFi (if it's a wifi printer) and then delete and re-add the printer to your computer.


This has nothing to do with NBN as such, is more about the change in router.

As JP says, its just a setup issue with your printer. Google the installation instructions and run through it.
