Norton support team have been practically useless
Aftre setting up the Core gives error message that it is unable to detect an internet connection.
All cables checked and double checked.
Retailer gave me a new core in case it was a hardware issue but same issue presenting itself.
Anyone else had success with a Norton Core setup
Chat message with Optus advised me that it was compatible
Can you confirm the configuration of the setup before we go any further?
Is it Phone Socket > Optus Sagecom > LAN Port 1 in the Sagecom to WAN Port on Norton Core
I haven't used a Norton router before but with my Asus it has an option in the config to "auto detect ISP settings" or something along those lines. Have you looked at those sorts of things?

NO. Got rid of it. No one could answer the issue. Norton had no idea.
Ending up getting a Nighthawk and gave up my landline phone.
Not impressed with Norton Core at all
