Always long wait for nbn service installation...someone call me for relocating...and will transfer this to installation department...2days ago ,I dint receive any message and relocate reference #268184...please arrange as fast as possible...thanks...

Hi Ryan,

              As you know all ISPs are under the gun at the moment as huge numbers of homes and businesses switch over to the NBN and so mix-ups are happening.  I recommend that you contact any of the following moderators via PM who are really great at getting things sorted out:

Toomey   or     Aman_B    or    Marie     


Have your account number ready and if you don't have that on hand then your usual ID.
