Terrible Internet connection

Optus NBN internet is terribly slow- not fit for purpose - Any suggestion to fix or which telco I should shift?

The starting point for this issue is to let Yes Crowd know what suburb/postcode you're located in and what NBN technology you have, e.g. FTTP/FTTC, etc.
