Our self install kit has not arrived yet, NBN technician is due to arrive between now and the next 4 hours (maybe) will it be a problem if we do not have the self install kit when he arrives? On line tracker states order has been submitted but it also says our appointment has been finalised??? I'm a little confused and starting to lack confidence this will be an easy process. Any suggestions as I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with Optus. Any suggestions??
Update: the self install kit arrived while the technician was here so that worked out well.
Sadly there is an issue with the NBN connection on the pole out on the street so no NBN yet while someone comes out to correct that problem. How long will that take is anyones guess.
