Re: TV shows no internet connection but other devices ok.

I am having similar to issues. I have the new 5366TN modem/router. I am getting regular loss of connection in Ethernet and Wifi connected devices. Yesterday it was my Sony TV, today the tv and Fetch box although the tv has come good now. I had a similar problem with my laptop connected via wifi. It showed connection but no internet access. I believe it is a DHCP issue. I have seen other posts suggesting this. Optus are sending me a new Modem however I am not confident that it will resolve the problem as it looks to be a product issue. I should have it in a couple of days. I’ll let you know if the issue is resolved.

Re: TV shows no internet connection but other devices ok.

Do you mean DHCP internal to your devices? You possibly have some conflicting IP addresses then in your setup.

Or do you mean DNS? Which you can set to 8.8.8.8 in the modem to bypass the Optus DNS.
