I added a $20 speed pack yesterday and the person told me it would take 15min to 4 hours to take effect. I was told I needed to reboot my modem after 4 hours.

Yet again, I'm on Speed pack 3 100Mbps, every 3 months I have to waste 2-3 hours with your helpdesk as for somereason at your end I'm only getting 48Mbps (same result over the last 2 weeks). Really over "can you plug in a laptop into NB1". Yes I can - Guess what - No Change!
