Slow NBN speeds, Sans Souci 2219 NSW

Hi There,

I have been experiencing some slow speeds over the last 24 hours. See attached speed test results, these seem to be consistent results through out today. I am on an NBN50 plan and it's normally rock solid at 40MB+ Down. Is there anyway I can find out if it's outage related or congestion?

it appears the speed has corrected it self after a secondary power cycle.

Correction: Optus technical support had reset my connection and ports from their end, this is what appears to have fixed the speed issue.
