Outbound call to Mobile today has a slight echo on it, seems various numbers are affected also if you call someone on Telstra NBN echo to?

There shouldn't be an echo on your calls, this may be indicative of an issue with the line or your hardware. I'd recommend making sure all connections are solid and setup correctly.
If you happen to have another handset handy it'd be worth swapping the current one out to see if there is any difference on the other phone as well.
