Can someone please tell me how I set up direct debit for my new NBN account when it isn't showing up in 'My Account". My mobile and old ADSL are there but not NBN. I have tried phoning Optus several times for help but after pressing numerous numbers as told I keep going round in circles and can never get to talk to a real person. I would really appreciate some help.
Have you tried using chat instead? If the NBN account hasn't appeared it might be on the same account ID as the old DSL/phone service.
Either way you need to speak to Optus via phone or chat to get this resolved. It's not something social media can easily resolve.
