Service Activation NBN FTTB/N

Hi my service was due to activate yesterday I have the modem connected however only have 1 bar and when i search online the only thing i can find is that it is in progress.  I have now tried to find answers for the last hour but with no luck.

Hey I know this doesn't solve your problem - but I have the exact same setup and have no connection and can't get in touch with Optus either. Try the mobile app over calling them, but don't expect any answers for at least a day.
